Oriskany Falls resident Art Howlett took these photos as the former Covidien plant site was cleared of the remaining standing structure and bricks and debris that fell during the December 2016 15-alarm fire. It took two years and funds from the federal Environmental Protection Agency to get the area cleaned up.
