Without the benefit of final state aid figures, Waterville Central School Board of Education members shaped the 2019-20 district budget that will go to voters next month.
At last week’s BOE meeting on the road at the Marshall Town Hall in Deansboro, the $18,679,581 base plan of expenses was reviewed. That number came from Business administrator Tracy Leone taking this year’s costs and rolling them over for next year with known increases added in.
