The Richfield Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Ca$h Raffle concluded at The Farmers’ Market with the three winning tickets drawn. Lucky winners: 1st Prize $400: Irv and Monica Peters; 2nd Prize $200: Elaine Dugan; 3rd Prize $100: Justin Conklin—all from Richfield Springs. Proceeds from the Cash Raffle fund such major Chamber projects as the Summer Concerts in Spring Park on Wednesday evenings during summer and the Main Street flower boxes.
