The Hillside Cemetery Association in Oriskany Falls has used grants to make several improvements to the grounds, namely renovating a former storage building to become a chapel. Scott Jeffers, president of the Association, said the building will become a quiet place for reflection for those visiting the Cooper Street cemetery. More photos, Page 6
