The Oneida/Herkimer School Library System, a service of the Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES, hald its annual Administrator and Librarians Awards Breakfast. During the breakfast, recognized retirees and presented awards to local administrators and educators who have made significant contributions to the school library program. Honorees recognized during the 2024 Breakfast were: Administrator of the Year - Edward Waskiewicz, Elementary School Principal (Clinton CSD); Librarian of the Year - Meredith Bruno, Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary School (Utica CSD); Library Support Staff of the Year - Jessica Spatto, Barringer Road Elementary School (Central Valley CSD); Library Support Staff of the Year - Holly Markwardt, Harry M. Fisher Elementary School (Central Valley CSD); Retirees recognized were Anne Reilly,(Remsen CSD) and Terri Stile, (Waterville CSD), on the far right.
