Mount Markham High School senior Rachel Harris has been accepted to the NYSSMA Winter Conference Student Composition Program and NYSSMA Conference All-State in Mixed Choir Dec. 1-4.
Harris was accepted to NYSSMA Conference All-State for Mixed Choir after receiving a 100 on a NYSSMA Level VI solo during auditions in the Spring.
Harris was accepted into the NYSSMA Winter Conference Student Composition Program following the submission of two of her pieces to the NYSSMA Composition and Songwriting Committee.
