On The Ballot For Tuesday

Voters will decide Tuesday a number of questions about who will serve in office starting Jan. 1.


All voters will decide on the next President of the United States.


The two main contenders are former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris, with their respective running mates J.D. Vance and Tim Walz.


All New York state voters will choose a U.S. senator, with Kirsten Gillibrand running for re-election vs. Michael Sapraicone and Diane Sare.


Herkimer County voters will either re-elect Congresswoman Elise Stefanik or choose challenger Paula Collins.


Oneida and Madison County voters will decide between Congressman Brandon Williams and challenger John Mannion.


In Otsego County the Congressional seat is between Josh Riley and Marcus Molinaro.


In Herkimer and Oneida counties for the state Legislature, Sen. Joe Griffo is running against James Myers. Assemblyman Robert Smullen is running unopposed while Assemblyman Brian Miller is running against Adrienne Martini.


Otsego County voters will decide between State Sen. Peter Oberacker and Michele Frazier.


Madison County voters will decide between Vicki Davis and Joe Angelino.

In Herkimer County contested races are for Coroner District 3, Vincent Iocovozzi vs. Daniel Enea.


Town of Richfield voters have a contested race for an unexpired term on the Town Board. Dan Sullivan and Charles Furner are running for the seat.


In the Town of Columbia Town Justice John Skinner is running unopposed.
