People gathered Sunday night at the West Winfield firehouse for a ceremony on the 21st anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. The West Winfield American Legion and VFW conducted the event, which included music, readings by Mount Markham Central School students Haylee Lee and Rebecca McClave, and Taps played by Pat Carney.
