Sled Races Raise Funds For Heart Association

The ninth annual Cardboard Classic Sled Race at The Lanterns in February was a huge success.
Over 30 homemade cardboard sleds raced down the hill to the finish line.
Everyone who raced, lended a helping hand, donated a raffle item, or just attended and showed support helped make this an unforgettable day!
Team Joshman is thankful for all of you.
DJ Aaron Davis was the MC of the race and provided music afterwards. Ariella Schaffer did an amazing job getting the day started by singing the National Anthem.
The Cedarville Fire Department judged the sleds and picked the Best in Show and Saddest Sleds.
The fire department and ambulance crew stayed on scene for the entire event, ensuring nobody got hurt.
At the conclusion of the races, all events continued inside the Lanterns, where the amazing staff tended to a packed house.
There were nearly 100 basket raffle items and some amazing handmade wood carvings to be won.
