The Village of Clinton Board met Monday night to discuss new business.
Village of Clinton Mayor Elizabeth Tantillo welcomed new Trustee Chelsea Spellman to begin the meeting.
The Board approved a resolution opening a Public Hearing to discuss Local Law No. 1 of 2024 to discuss the General Municipal Law 3-C to adopt a budget for the fiscal year commencing June 1, 2024 in excess of the Tax Levy Limit.
Tantillo then listed the Reorganizational Meeting appointments and designations. The Board approved a resolution accepting the list of appointments and nominations.
The Board approved a resolution to accept the bonding requirements.
The Board approved a resolution accepting the Village Schedule and Policies.
The Board approved a resolution approving Trustees to attend conferences.
The Board approved a resolution accepting the March 4 meeting minutes.
The Board approved a resolution accepting the payment of vouchers.
Tantillo said there was not a Financial Committee meeting last month and gave a short financial report.
Water bills were issued April 2.
The Board approved a resolution closing the Public Hearing.
