At their December meeting the Town of Winfield Board congratulated three people for their service to the town. Councilman Michael Peo gives a plaque to Budd Osborn, who retired as Town Supervisor. Board member Sue Korosec thanks Tracy Donley for her years as Town Clerk. Highway Department Superintendent Douglas Paul Jones thanks Highway employee Howard Wakefield for his work for the town.
